克拉霉素联合胃炎宁颗粒对小儿胃炎患儿Hp根除率及疗效的影响

Effect of clarithromycin combined with Weiyanning Granule on Hp eradication rate and efficiency in children with gastritis

      目的  探讨克拉霉素联合胃炎宁颗粒治疗小儿胃炎的临床效果。
      方法  将102例小儿胃炎患儿随机分为2组各51例。对照组给予口服阿莫西林及胃炎宁颗粒治疗，观察组给予口服克拉霉素联合胃炎宁颗粒治疗。比较2组患儿Hp根除率，血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)以及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的浓度及总有效率。
      结果  观察组患者治疗后Hp根除率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05); 2组患儿治疗后血清IL-6、TGF-β1以及IL-17的浓度较治疗前均显著降低(P < 0.05), 观察组治疗后血清IL-6、TGF-β1以及IL-17的浓度均显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  克拉霉素联合胃炎宁颗粒治疗小儿胃炎疗效确切。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the clinical effect of clarithromycin combined with Weiyanning Granule in the treatment of children with gastritis.
      Methods  Totally 102 children with gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, with 51 cases in each group. The control group was treated with amoxicillin and Weiyanning Granule, while the observation group was treated with clarithromycin and Weiyanning Granule. The eradication rate of Hp, the concentration of serum interleukin-6 (IL-6), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), interleukin-17 (IL-17) and the total effective rate were compared between the two groups.
      Results  After treatment, the eradication rate of Hp in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of IL-6, TGF-β1 and IL-17 in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the serum levels of IL-6, TGF-β1 and IL-17 in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Clarithromycin combined with Weiyanning Granule is effective in the treatment of children with gastritis.
