舒利迭对比氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特对哮喘患者肺功能与临床症状的影响

Effects of seretide versus fluticasone combined with montelukast on pulmonary function and clinical symptom in asthma patients

      目的  探讨舒利迭与氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特对哮喘患者肺功能与临床症状的影响。
      方法  选取200例哮喘患者作为研究对象, 根据双盲法将其分为观察组和对照组,各100例。对照组患者采用氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特治疗,观察组患者则采用舒利迭吸入的治疗方法,治疗3个月后对比2组患者的治疗效果与肺功能改善情况。
      结果  观察组患者的治疗总有效率为96.0%, 显著高于对照组的68.0%(P < 0.05); 观察组患者的第1秒用力呼气容积、夜间呼气峰值流速和白天呼气峰值流速等肺功能指标均显著优于对照组(P < 0.05); 治疗后,观察组的白三烯、白细胞介素-8水平显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  与氟替卡松联合孟鲁司特相比,舒利迭对哮喘的疗效更明显,对患者肺功能的改善效果更佳。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the the effects of seretide versus fluticasone combined with montelukast on pulmonary function and clinical symptoms in asthmatic patients.
      Methods  A total of 200 asthmatic patients were divided into observation group and control group according to double-blind method, with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with fluticasone and montelukast.The observation group was treated with the inhalation of seretide.After 3 months of treatment, the treatment effects and improvement of lung function were compared between the two groups.
      Results  The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (96.0%vs.68.0%, P < 0.05).The indicators of lung function such as one-second forced expiratory volume and the peak exhalation flow rate, and peak expiratory flow rate of the observation group were significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0.05). After treatment, the levels of leukotriene and interleukin-8 in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Compared with the treatment of fluticasone combined with montelukast, seretide is more effective in the treatment of asthma, and has better improvement in lung function.
