γ-干扰素酶联免疫斑点法联合结核菌素试验在附睾结核诊断中的应用价值

Application value of enzyme-linked immunodot assay for interferon-γ combined with tuberculin test in diagnosis of epididymal tuberculosis

      目的  探讨γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)酶联免疫斑点法(ELISPOT)联合结核菌素试验在附睾结核诊断中的应用价值。
      方法  回顾性分析2016年3月—2019年3月本院接诊的90例经手术治疗且病理结果证实为附睾结核患者的临床资料,根据诊断方法将患者分为A组(酶联免疫斑点法)、B组(结核菌素试验)、C组(IFN-γ酶联免疫斑点法联合结核菌素试验),每组30例。比较3组附睾结核诊断阳性率。
      结果  C组附睾结核诊断阳性率高于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。
      结论  IFN-γ酶联免疫斑点法联合结核菌素试验能提高附睾结核的诊断阳性率。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To explore the value of enzyme-linked immunodot assay (ELISPOT) for interferon-γ (IFN-γ) combined with tuberculin test in the diagnosis of epididymal tuberculosis.
      Methods  Clinical materials of 90 patients with epididymal tuberculosis confirmed by operation and pathology from March 2016 to March 2019 were analyzed retrospectively. According to the detection methods, they were divided into group A (ELISA), group B (tuberculin test), and group C (IFN-γ ELISA combined with tuberculin test), with 30 cases in each group. The positive rate of diagnosis of epididymal tuberculosis were compared among three groups.
      Results  The positive rate of diagnosis of epididymal tuberculosis in group C was significantly higher than that in groupA and group B (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  IFN-γ ELISA combined with tuberculin test can increase the positive rate of diagnosis of epididymal tuberculosis.
