微侵袭技术治疗230例面肌痉挛患者的效果

Effect of minimally invasive technique in treatment of 230 patients with facial spasm

  • 摘要:
      目的  探讨微侵袭技术在面肌痉挛微血管减压治疗中的应用效果。
      方法  回顾性分析本院230例面肌痉挛经微血管减压治疗的病例资料。
      结果  本组患者术中均发现存在责任血管。术后161例抽搐立刻消失, 57例抽搐显著减轻, 12例无效,其中10例3个月至1年内证实为延迟治愈。治疗总有效率99.1%, 听力下降发生率1.3%, 面瘫发生率为5.2%。
      结论  微侵袭技术在微血管减压术的应用可有效提高治疗面肌痉挛的有效率,降低面瘫率及听力下降发生率。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the clinical effect of minimally invasive technique in treatment of microvascular decompression of facial spasm.
      Methods  The data of 230 cases with facial spasm treated by microvascular decompression in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.
      Results  Responsible vessels were found in 230 cases. Convulsions disappeared immediately after operation in 161 cases, convulsions was obviously alleviated in 57 cases, and inefficacy occurred in 12 cases, among whom 10 cases were confirmed as delayed healing after 3 months to 1 year follow-up. The total effective rate was 99.1%, the incidences of hearing loss and facial paralysis was 1.3% and 5.2%, respectively.
      Conclusion  The application of minimally invasive technique in microvascular decompression can effectively improve the effective rate of facial spasm and reduce incidence of facial paralysis and hearing loss.
