自拟清肝利湿汤治疗宫颈癌化疗患者的疗效分析

Efficacy analysis of self-designed Qinggan Lishi Decoction in the treatment of cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy

      目的  分析自拟清肝利湿汤治疗宫颈癌化疗患者的临床疗效。
      方法  选择宫颈癌化疗患者92例,随机分为实验组与对照组。对照组仅给予单纯化疗,实验组在对照组常规化疗的基础上给予自拟清肝利湿汤治疗。比较2组患者临床指标变化情况。
      结果  治疗前,对照组与实验组肿瘤直径分别为(4.72±1.33)、(4.69±1.18) cm, 差异无统计学意义(P>0.05); 治疗后,对照组与实验组肿瘤直径分别为(3.01±0.97)、(1.64±0.41) cm, 差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。实验组总有效率显著高于对照组(P < 0.05)。实验组免疫球蛋白G(IgG)、免疫球蛋白M(IgM)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+等免疫功能指标均显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  自拟清肝利湿汤治疗宫颈癌化疗患者的临床疗效显著,能显著缩小肿瘤直径,改善宫颈癌症状,提升机体免疫力,且安全性高。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To analyze the clinical effect of Qinggan Lishui Decoction in treatment of cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy.
      Methods  A total of 92 cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group. The control group was only given chemotherapy, while the experimental group was given Qinggan Lishi Decoction on the basis of conventional chemotherapy. The change of clinical indexes was compared between the two groups.
      Results  Before treatment, the tumor diameter of the control group and the experimental group were (4.72±1.33) cm and (4.69±1.18) cm, respectively, which showed no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the tumor diameter of the control group and the experimental group were (3.01±0.97) cm and (1.64±0.41) cm, respectively, which showed a significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05). The levels of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM), immunoglobulin A (IgA), CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Self-designed Qinggan Lishi Decoction is effective and safe in treating cervical cancer patients with chemotherapy, which can significantly shorten the tumor diameter, improve the symptoms of cervical cancer and enhance the body′s immunity.
