无创机械通气辅助呼吸治疗重症支气管哮喘合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的效果观察

      目的  探讨无创机械通气辅助呼吸治疗重症支气管哮喘合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的临床效果。
      方法  选取86例重症支气管哮喘合并Ⅱ型呼衰患者,随机分为2组各43例。对照组给予常规救治方案,观察组在对照组基础上行无创机械通气辅助呼吸治疗。比较2组治疗效果。
      结果  观察组抢救成功率显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 观察组由急诊ICU病房转至专科普通病房的时间以及治疗后24 h的动脉血氧分压p(O2)、动脉血二氧化碳分压p(CO2)、动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。
      结论  对于重症支气管哮喘合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者,无创机械通气辅助呼吸治疗效果显著。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the clinical effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation assisted respiratory therapy in the treatment of severe bronchial asthma patients complicated with type Ⅱrespiratory failure.
      Methods  Eighty-six severe bronchial asthma patients complicated with and type Ⅱrespiratory failure were randomly divided into two groups, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was given routine treatment, and the observation group was treated with non-invasive mechanical ventilation on the basis of the control group. Therapeutic effect was compared between two groups.
      Results  The success rate of rescue in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). In the observation group, the time from ICU to general ward and the arterial partial pressure of oxygenp(O2), arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxidep(CO2) as well as arterial oxygen saturation (SaO2) at 24 hours after treatment were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
      Conclusion  For severe bronchial asthma patients complicated with type Ⅱrespiratory failure, the effect of non-invasive mechanical ventilation is significant.
