射频电疗辅助乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗小儿肺炎的疗效观察

Effect of radiofrequency electrotherapy combinedwith acetylcysteine atomization in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

      目的  探讨射频电疗辅助乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。
      方法  将本院收治的小儿肺炎患儿100例分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗,观察组在此基础上加用射频电疗辅助治疗。2组均治疗1~2个疗程,比较2组患儿临床疗效、临床症状消失时间及并发症的发生情况。
      结果  观察组患儿的总有效率为92.00%, 显著高于对照组的72.00%(P < 0.05)。观察组患儿的发热、咳嗽、气喘、肺部特征消失时间均显著短于对照组(P < 0.05)。治疗后,观察组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  射频电疗辅助乙酰半胱氨酸雾化治疗小儿肺炎的效果显著。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the efficacy of radio frequency electrotherapy (RF) combined with acetylcysteine atomization in the treatment of infantile pneumonia.
      Methods  A total of 100 children with pneumonia who were treated in our hospital were selected as study subjects, and were divided into observation group (n= 50) and control group (n= 50) by random number table method. The control group was treated with acetylcysteine atomization, while the observation group was treated with radiofrequency electrotherapy. The treatment of two groups were lasted for 1 to 2 courses. The clinical efficacy, the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups.
      Results  The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.00%, which was significantly higher than 72.00% of the control group(P < 0.05). The disappearance time of fever, cough, asthma and pulmonary characteristics in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the total incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Radiofrequency electrotherapy combined with acetylcysteine atomization is effective in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia.
