视知觉感知训练配合护理干预对3~6岁近视性弱视儿童视力和屈光度的影响

Influence of visual perception training combined with nursing intervention on visual acuity and diopter of children aged 3 to 6 years with myopic amblyopia

      目的  探讨视知觉感知训练配合护理干预对3~6岁近视性弱视儿童视力和屈光度的影响。
      方法  选取114例3~6岁近视性弱视儿童作为研究对象,依照随机数字表法分为2组。对照组采用传统疗法,观察组采用视知觉感知训练联合护理干预,观察并比较2组患儿的视力、屈光度变化和治疗效果。
      结果  观察组患儿治疗后的最小分辨角对数(logMAR)视力为(0.32±0.09), 显著优于对照组的(0.37±0.11) (P < 0.05); 观察组治疗后的屈光度变化值为(0.59±0.17) D, 显著低于对照组的(0.70±0.23) D (P < 0.05); 观察组的临床总有效率为91.23%, 显著高于对照组的77.19% (P < 0.05)。
      结论  对3~6岁近视性弱视儿童实施视知觉感知训练配合有效的护理干预措施,可改善患儿视力,降低屈光度变化值,有效抑制近视度数加深。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the effects of visual perception training combined with nursing intervention on visual acuity and diopter of children aged 3 to 6 years with myopic amblyopia.
      Methods  A total of 114 children aged 3 to 6 years with myopic amblyopia admitted to our hospital were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with traditional therapy, while the observation group used visual perception training combined with nursing intervention. The changes of visual acuity and diopter, as well as clinical efficacy in two groups were observed.
      Results  The visual acuity of logarithm of minimum angle resolution (logMAR) in the observation group was (0.32±0.09), which was significantly better than (0.37±0.11) of the control group (P < 0.05). The value of diopter change after treatment in the observation group was(0.59±0.17)D, which was significantly lower than0.70±0.23)D in the control group (P < 0.05); the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (91.23% vs. 77.19%, P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  For children aged 3 to 6 years with myopic amblyopia, visual perception training combined with effective nursing intervention can improve the visual acuity of children, reduce the value of diopter change, and effectively inhibit the deepening of myopia.
