Abstract:
Objective To construct a holistic informationalized chronic wound management system based on "Internet +" and explore its application effect.
Methods With the help of Internet technology, a professional team of chronic wound management was set up, and a platform of chronic wound information management system was built. Before and after application of management system, the differences of nursing staff's ability to deal with chronic wounds, wound healing degree and patient′s satisfaction degree were compared.
Results After the application of information-based chronic wound management model, patients′ wound healing degree, patients′ satisfaction degree and the ability of medical nursing staff to deal with chronic wounds were significantly better than those before application of management (P < 0.05).
Conclusion Based on the construction of "Internet +" holistic informationalized chronic wound management system, the process of chronic wound diagnosis and treatment can be further optimized, it can improve the healing rate of chronic wounds, improve the nurses′ ability to deal with chronic wounds, improve patient′s satisfaction degree with medical care, and achieve the homogeneity management of chronic wound in the region.
