Effect evaluation of radical surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in treatment of patients with laryngeal carcinoma

      目的  探讨根治性手术联合放、化疗治疗喉癌患者的疗效。
      方法  选取80例喉癌患者，随机分为观察组与对照组各40例。对照组患者行根治性切除手术，观察组对照组基础上联合放、化疗治疗。比较2组患者临床疗效、喉功能改善情况及并发症发生率。
      结果  观察组患者总有效率、喉功能改善效果、并发症发生率均显著优于对照组(P < 0.05)。
      结论  根治性手术联合放、化疗治疗喉癌患者效果显著，可有效改善喉功能，降低并发症发生率。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To investigate the effect of radical surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy in treatment of patients with laryngeal cancer.
      Methods  Totally 80 patients with laryngeal cancer were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with radical resection, while the patients in the observation group were treated with radiotherapy and chemotherapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, improvement of laryngeal function and incidence rate of complications were compared between the two groups.
      Results  The total effective rate, the improvement of laryngeal function and the incidence rate of complications in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P < 0.05).
      Conclusion  Radical surgery combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy is effective in treatment of laryngeal cancer, which can effectively improve laryngeal function and reduce the incidence rate of complications.
