Research progress in the pathogenesis of congenital club foot

摘要: 先天性马蹄内翻足是骨科常见的下肢畸形之一，严重影响足部外观和功能。先天性马蹄内翻足发病机制的复杂性，迄今为止尚未阐明，依然是国内外骨科学术界讨论的热点。本文从遗传基因、神经肌肉病变、血管、骨骼发育异常、宫内压力改变学等方面综述先天性马蹄内翻足研究进展，旨对其发病机制研究提供新的思路。

Abstract: Congenital club foot is one of the common deformities of lower limbs in orthopedics, which seriously affects the appearance and function of the foot. The complexity of the pathogenesis of congenital club foot has not been clarified so far, and it is still a hot topic in orthopedic academia at home and abroad. This article reviewed the research progress of congenital club foot from the aspects of genetics, neuromuscular disease, blood vessel, skeletal dysplasia and intrauterine pressure changes, in order to provide a new way to study its pathogenesis.
