天冬氨酸蛋白酶A、甲状腺转录因子-1、核苷酸切除修复交叉互补基因1检测在肺癌患者中的应用价值

Value of detection of aspartic acid protease A, thyroid transcription factor-1, and excision repair cross-complementing 1 expressions in lung cancer patients

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨检测天冬氨酸蛋白酶A(NapsinA)、甲状腺转录因子-1(TTF-1)、核苷酸切除修复交叉互补基因1(ERCC1)的表达在肺癌患者中的应用价值。 方法 选取40例肺癌患者的手术切除肺癌病理标本,以40例癌旁正常组织作为对照,检测NapsinA、TTF-1、FERCC1表达。 结果 肺癌组织中NapsinA、TTF-1、ERCC1表达水平、阳性率显著高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05); 不同病理类型、分化程度者NapsinA表达阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 不同病理类型、TNM分期者TTF-1表达阳性率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); NapsinA、TTF-1、ERCC1之间无显著相关性(P>0.05)。 结论 临床可经检测NapsinA、TTF-1、FERCC1表达判断肺癌患者病情。

     

    Abstract: Objective To investigate the application value of detection of aspartic protease A(NapsinA), thyroid transcription factor-1(TTF-1), excision repair cross-complementing 1(ERCC1)expressions in lung cancer patients. Methods The pathological specimen of surgical resection for lung tumor from 40 patients in our hospital were selected, and adjacent normal tissues from 40 cases were taken as controls. The expressions of NapsinA, TTF-1 and FERCC1 were detected. Results The expression levels and positive rates of NapsinA, TTF-1 and ERCC1 in lung cancer tissues were higher than those in adjacent normal tissues(P<0.05); the positive rates of NapsinA expression in patients with different pathological types and differentiation degrees were statistically significant(P<0.05); the positive rate of TTF-1 expression in patients with different pathological types and TNM stages showed significant difference(P<0.05); there was no significant correlation among NapsinA, TTF-1, ERCC1(P>0.05). Conclusion The expression of NapsinA, TTF-1 and FERCC1 can be detected - to judge the condition of lung cancer.
