思维导图引导护理干预在肿瘤患者PET-CT检查中的应用效果

Effect of mind mapping guidance nursing intervention on PET-CT examination of tumor patients

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨思维导图引导护理干预应用于肿瘤患者正电子发射断层成像-计算机断层成像(PET-CT)检查中的效果。 方法 将100例行PET-CT检查的肿瘤患者作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予思维导图引导护理干预。分析并比较2组患者的PET-CT图像质量、检查指导满意度。 结果 观察组的图像优良率(96.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组的护士指导态度、护士指导及时、护士指导正确评分及总分分别为(4.72±0.73)、(4.92±0.85)、(4.79±0.21)及(12.89±1.34)分,高于对照组的(3.67±0.78)、(4.04±0.59)、(4.23±0.62)及(12.18±1.28)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 观察组的躯体症状、心理情况、康复情况评分分别为(89.62±7.57)、(92.35±6.63)、(88.82±6.23)分,高于对照组的(79.62±8.92)、(82.35±6.64)、(85.63±5.86)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 结论 思维导图引导护理干预可显著改善肿瘤患者PET-CT检查图像质量,提高患者对护士指导的满意度。

     

    Abstract: Objective To analyze effect of mind mapping guided nursing intervention on positron emission tomography-computed tomography(PET-CT)examination of tumor patients. Methods A total of 100 tumor patients who underwent PET-CT examination were selected as study objects. According to the method of random number table, they were divided into control group(n=50)and observation group(n=50). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group received mind mapping guided nursing intervention. PET-CT image quality and examination as well as guidance satisfaction of two groups were observed. Results The excellent rate of imaging in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group( 96.0% vs. 80.0%, P<0.05). Scores of nurses'guidance attitude, timely guidance, correct guidance and total scores of the observation group were(4.72±0.73),(4.92±0.85),(4.79±0.21),(12.89±1.34)points respectively, and were significantly higher than(3.67±0.78),(4.04±0.59),(4.23±0.62),(12.18±1.28)points in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of physical symptoms, psychological status and rehabilitation in the observation group were(89.62±7.57),(92.35±6.63),(88.82±6.23)points respectively, which were significantly higher than(79.62±8.92),(82.35±6.64),(85.63±5.86)points in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Mind mapping guided nursing intervention can significantly improve the imaging quality of PET-CT examination of tumor patients, and enhance satisfaction of nurse guidance.
