系统性红斑狼疮患者血清维生素D3与T细胞亚群及干扰素-α相关性研究

Relationships between serum vitamin D3 level and T cell subsets as well as interferon-α levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者血清25羟基维生素D3水平与T淋巴细胞亚群及干扰素-α(IFN-α)水平的关系。 方法 将44例系统性红斑狼疮患者纳入研究组,并选取同期进行健康体检的44名健康人员纳入对照组。采用化学发光微粒子免疫检测法分别检测血清25羟基维生素D3水平和IFN-α水平,并采用流式细胞术检测T淋巴细胞亚群的表达,比较2组患者的血清25羟基维生素D3水平、IFN-α水平以及T淋巴细胞亚群的表达,并分析血清25羟基维生素D3水平、IFN-α水平及T淋巴细胞亚群表达之间的关系。 结果 与对照组比较,研究组患者的血清25羟基维生素D3水平、T淋巴细胞亚群的表达显著降低(P<0.05), 而IFN-α水平则显著升高(P<0.05); 系统性红斑狼疮患者血清25羟基维生素D3水平与T淋巴细胞亚群、IFN-α水平具有显著相关性(P<0.05或P<0.01)。 结论 系统性红斑狼疮患者的血清25羟基维生素D3水平与T淋巴细胞亚群及IFN-α水平密切相关。

     

    Abstract: Objective To explore the relationships between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level and T-lymphocyte subsets as well as interferon-α(IFN-α)levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus. Methods Totally 44 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected as study group, and 44 healthy people with physical examination in the same period were selected as control group. The levels of serum hydroxyvitamin D3 and IFN-α were detected by chemiluminescence microparticle immunoassay, and the expression of T lymphocyte subsets was detected by flow cytometry. The relationships between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level and T-lymphocyte subsets as well as IFN-α levels were analyzed. Results The levels of serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 and T lymphocyte subsets in the study group were significantly lower, and IFN-α level was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). There were significant relationships between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D3 level and T-lymphocyte subsets as well as IFN-α levels in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion The level of serum hydroxyvitamin D3 is closely correlated with expression of T-lymphocyte subsets and IFN-α level in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.
