先天性心脏病与高原地区低氧环境相关性的研究进展

Research progress on correlation between congenital heart disease and hypoxia environment in plateau area

  • 摘要: 先天性心脏病易导致出生缺陷,严重影响新生儿的身体健康。目前,先天性心脏病的具体病因及发病机制仍不明确。高原地区有其独特的环境特点,导致高海拔生理反应的最重要因素是低气压和相应的低氧。高原低压低氧特殊环境下的先天性心脏病发病率较平原地区显著增高。本文对高原低氧与先天性心脏病关系的研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Congenital heart disease is easy to cause birth defects, which can seriously affect the health of newborns. At present, the specific etiology and pathogenesis of congenital heart disease is still unclear. Plateau area has its unique environmental characteristics, and the most important factors leading to physiological response at the high altitude are atmospheric depression and the corresponding hypoxia. The incidence rate of congenital heart disease in atmospheric depression and hypoxia environments of plateau area is significantly higher than that in plain area. This study reviewed the research progress of the relationship between hypoxia and congenitalheart disease in plateau area.
