复合季铵盐消毒液及消毒湿巾对新型冠状病毒灭活效果的研究

Study on inactivation effect of quaternary ammonium salts disinfectant concentrate and quaternary ammonium salts disinfectant wipes on severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2

  • 摘要:
      目的  探讨复合季铵盐消毒液及消毒湿巾对新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)的灭活效果。
      方法  采用悬液定量杀灭试验方法,分析复合季铵盐消毒液及其消毒湿巾灭活SARS-CoV-2的效果。
      结果  复合季铵盐消毒液主要成分为4种单双链季铵盐混合物,使用浓度432 mg/L,作用时间1 min时,对悬液内SARS-CoV-2灭活对数值>4.0;以该复合季铵盐消毒液制备而成的消毒湿巾挤出液浓度820 mg/L,作用时间1 min时,对悬液内SARS-CoV-2灭活对数值>4.0。
      结论  复合季铵盐消毒液及消毒湿巾在低浓度下可快速有效灭活SARS-CoV-2。

     

    Abstract:
      Objective  To study the inactivation effect of QUAT disinfectant concentrate and QUAT disinfectant wipes on severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 (SARS-CoV-2).
      Methods  The suspension quantitative killing test method was used to analyze the effect of the QUAT disinfectant concentrate and QUAT disinfectant wipes in inactivating the SARS-CoV-2.
      Results  The main ingredients of the QUAT disinfectant concentrate and QUAT disinfectant wipes were four single and double-chain quaternary ammonium salts mixtures, and the inactivation log value of novel coronavirus SARS-CoV-2 in suspension was greater than 4.0 when the concentration was 432 mg/L and the action time was 1 min. The squeezed solution of the QUAT disinfectant wipes prepared with the QUAT disinfectant concentrate had a concentration of 820 mg/L, the logarithmic value of inactivation of the SARS-CoV-2 in the suspension was greater than 4.0 when the action time was 1 min.
      Conclusion  The QUAT disinfectant concentrate and QUAT disinfectant wipes can quickly and effectively inactivate the SARS-CoV-2 at low concentrations.
