Research progress of ferroptosis in treatment of glioblastoma multiforme

  • 摘要: 多形性胶质母细胞瘤(GBM)属于Ⅳ级胶质瘤,是成人最常见的原发性恶性脑肿瘤之一。胶质瘤干细胞有极高的恶性程度,对放化疗具有强耐受性。本文对细胞铁死亡与GBM相关机制进行综述,并探讨干预和治疗GBM的前景。

     

    Abstract: Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is stage Ⅳ glioma, and is one of the most common primary malignant brain tumors in adults. Glioma stem cells have strong tolerance to chemoradiotherapy and high malignancy.This review summarized the mechanism of ferroptosis and GBM, and explored its prospects in intervention and treatment of GBM
