人脱细胞羊膜在生物医学领域中的应用研究进展

  • 摘要: 人脱细胞羊膜(HAAM)是经过物理、化学或生物酶制剂将人新鲜羊膜进行脱细胞处理后得到的一种天然支架材料,其具有良好的生物相容性、低免疫原性、三维立体空间结构及取材方便等优点,在软组织修复、气管及尿道重建、皮肤伤口愈合、骨缺损修复、预防粘连等方面具有广泛的应用前景。本研究结合相关文献对HAAM支架在生物医学领域的应用研究进展进行综述。

     

    Abstract: Human acellular amniotic membrane (HAAM) is a natural scaffold material obtained after the acellular treatment of fresh human amniotic membrane with physical, chemical or biological enzymes, which is featured as good biocompatibility, low immunogenicity, three-dimensional solid space structure and convenient material extraction, and has broad application prospects in soft tissue repair, trachea and urethra reconstruction, skin wound healing, bone defect repair and adhesion prevention. This study aimed to review the application of HAAM stent in biomedical field.
