落新妇苷在神经系统疾病中作用机制的研究进展

Research progress on mechanism of astilbin in treating nervous system diseases

  • 摘要: 检索并阅读国内外相关文献,归纳总结落新妇苷(AST)药理活性的研究现状,阐述AST在神经系统疾病方面的药理作用、研究方法及作用机制。研究证实AST对免疫等多系统疾病以及对脑缺血再灌注损伤、阿尔兹海默症、抑郁症、脑衰老及帕金森等多种神经系统疾病有显著疗效,其在新药开发上有了巨大的潜力。

     

    Abstract: : The research status of the pharmacological activity of astilbin (AST) was summarized and the pharmacological action, research methods and mechanism of AST in treating nervous system diseases were elaborated by retrieving and reading the relevant literatures at home and abroad. Researches had confirmed that AST has significant therapeutic effects on multiple system diseases and multiple nervous system diseases such as cerebral ischemia reperfusion injury, Alzheimer's disease, depression, brain aging and Parkinson's disease, and AST has great potential in the development of new drugs.
