大蒜对急性白血病化疗后营养及预防口腔溃疡的护理干预

Nursing intervention of garlic on nutrition and prevention of oral ulcers in acute leukemia after chemotherapy

  • 摘要: 目的 对急性白血病化疗后患者进行营养评估,食用大蒜头干预,观察改善食欲和预防口腔溃疡的效果.方法 应用问卷调查对白血病化疗结束后3d的患者进行膳食调查,对食物构成和热能、营养素摄人情况进行分析,采用系统的营养评估和食用大蒜头护理干预,评价食欲改善口腔溃疡发生率.结果 化疗后常常导致食欲缺乏、体重下降,机体抵抗力减低,并伴有不同程度胃肠道反应和功能紊乱,从而严重影响患者的化疗效果和生活质量.试验组20例患者化疗开始就进食大蒜,化疗结束时体重(62.58±5.99) kg,与化疗前的(63±7.03) kg无统计学差异.对照组20例化疗后食欲均减退或无进食,化疗结束时体重(60.65±5.69) kg,较化疗前的(65.52±7.32) kg明显减轻,平均体重下降1.9 kg.试验组20例患者仅3例发生口腔溃疡(15%),而对照组20例患者中10例发生口腔溃疡(50%),试验组溃疡发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 食用大蒜头(含大蒜素)能改善化疗后食欲缺乏,既可预防口腔溃疡又可提高食欲,节省医疗费用,易于被患者接受.
