糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹或神经性皮炎的疗效

The effect of mometasone furoate cream combined with calcipotriol ointment in treatment of chronic eczema and neurodermatitis

  • 摘要: 目的 探讨糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹或神经性皮炎的疗效.方法 选取84例慢性湿疹或神经性皮炎的患者,随机分为观察组44例和对照组40例,对照组糠酸莫米松乳膏外涂,观察组糠酸莫米松乳膏和卡泊三醇软膏按1∶1比例外涂.观察2组临床疗效及不良反应的情况.结果 观察组总有效率为93.2％高于对照组的77.5％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率为20.5％低于对照组的47.5％,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 糠酸莫米松乳膏联合卡泊三醇软膏治疗慢性湿疹或神经性皮炎的疗效优于单用糠酸莫米松乳膏,且不良反应降低.
