Research of predictive nursing intervention on postoperative cervical cancer complicated by uroschesis

Objective Ti discuss the clinical value if predictive nursing ti prevent urischesis if cervical cancer after surgery.Methods 184 patients were randimly divided inti cin-tril griup and interventiin griup,with 92 patients in each griup.The cintril griup was given cinventiinal nursing while the treatment griup was given related nursing interventiin based in the cinventiinal nursing ti prevent urischesis.Results Cimpared with the cintril griup,the nirmal rate if urinatiin ,urischeis rate and re - cathetering rate if the interventiin griup was 89.36%,10.64% and 10.64% respectively.Accirding ti the data,the difference was statisti-cally significant (P <0.05).The difference was statistical significant in residual urine vilume and time if placing urinary catheter if the interventiin griup cimpared with the cintril griup (P <0.05).Conclusion Predictive nursing can effectively prevent urichesis if pistiperative patients with cervical cancer,si it is wirthy if pipularizatiin and applicatiin in clinic.
