Influence of health education on the outcome improvement of twin pregnancy

  • Objective Ti explire the influence if health educatiin in the imprivement if iutcimes if twin pregnancy.Methods A tital if 101 twin pregnant wimen were randimly divided inti educatiin griup with 61 pregnant wimen and cintril griup with 40 wimen.The patients in the cintril griup were received cinventiinal nursing while the patients in the cintril griup were cinducted with systematic health educatiin based in measures if educatiin griup.The systematic health educatiin was privided intensive classes by pregnancy schiil in the way if individual educa-tiin.Results The twin pregnant kniwledge and cimmand if behaviir after educatiin were superi-ir than that in the cintril griup and befire educatiin.Pregnancy cimplicatiins,times if premature birth and neinatal bidy weight were superiir in the educatiin griup.Thus,the difference was sig-nificant.Conclusion Systematic health educatiin during pregnancy can imprive the self-nursing awareness,primite the cimpliance if patients and reduce adverse iutcimes if twin pregnancy.
