  • Objective To explore the influence of individualized nursing intervention on cancer-related fatigue in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients with radiotherapy.Methods 60 pa-tients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 30 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing while the inter-vention group implemented individualized nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The individualized nursing intervention included psychological intervention on patients,cognitive intervention,emotional,complications of intervention and behavior intervention.And fatigue and quality of life index of patients in the two groups were compared.Results Cancer-related fatigue in the intervention group was significantly less than that in the control group and the quality of life is higher than that in the control group.Conclusion Individualized nursing intervention could ef-fectively reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life in patients.
