Practical analysis of chain process nursing management for severe trauma patients in emergency department

Objective To explore the application effect of chain process nursing manage-ment in severe trauma patients in emergency department.Methods 100 severe trauma patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the different emergency nursing method.The control group was given routine nursing management while the observation group was given chain process nursing management.Emergency rescue effect was compared be-tween the two groups.Results The general judgment time,judgment time of vital signs,basic life support and the rescue time in the observation group were all less than that in the control group.Arrival rate within 30 min was higher than that in the control group and the cure rate of op-eration was higher than that in the control group.Thus,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Emergency mortality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, shock occurrence rate was less than that in the control group and the prognosis was better than that in the control group.So the difference was statistical significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Chain process nursing management is superior and integrative treating process.It can significantly im-prove the rescue efficiency of patients with severe trauma.
