Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of painless nursing in postoperative nursing of elderly fracture patients. Methods 80 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 4o patient in each group. The control group was received routine nursing while the observation group was given pain-less nursing based on the treatment in the control group.Postoperative pain, recovery and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results Postoperative pain scores were lower than that in the control group.Mild pain and moderate pain was higher than that in the control group, severe pain was less than that in the control group. It revealed that the difference was sta-tistical significant(P <0.05).Rehabilitation initiative score in the observation group was signifi-cantly higher than that in the control group.Ambulation time and hospitalization time were less than that in the control group. The recovery of hip function was significantly better than that in the control group.Nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Painless nursing can reduce postoperative pain in elderly fracture patients, improve the enthusiasm of rehabilitation and acceler-ate fracture healing.
