  • Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on postoperative complications in patients with hepatolobectomy and to analyze the key points of nursing and sum-marize the process of nursing.Methods 66 patients with hepatolobectomy were retrospectively analyzed and effect of nursing intervention for patients with postoperative complications were exam-ined.Results Compared with conventional nursing intervention,the incidence of respiratory in-fection,celiac hemorrhage,liver function failure reduced obviously in systematic nursing interven-tion group.So the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05)Conclusion According to different operative methods to nurse the patients can effectively reduce the clinical complications. And distinguishing universality and individuality of nursing is the key to effectively reduce the com-plications.
