Discussion on the perioperative nursing of patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor

Objective To investigate the countermeasures of perioperative nursing of pa-tients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor.Methods Perioperative nursing of 96 patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor was retrospectively analyzed and the nursing effect was observed.Results There were 4 unconscious patients,2 patients with partial necrosis of flap,and 1 patient with pulmonary infection,and all of them were improved through appropriate treatment and nursing and the incision of remaining 89 patients was all healed in the first stage of operation. Conclusion Proper nursing before operation to the patients with oral and maxillofacial malignant tumor could alleviate tension,fear and other negative emotions.Meanwhile,it improves the treat-ment compliance.During and after the surgery,the vital signs of all the patients should be closely observed so as to reduce adverse reactions and complications.
