Psychological characteristic analysis and application of continuous quality-improving nursing in patients with hepatobiliary operation

Objective To study the psychological characteristic of the patients with hepato-biliary operation and to explore the clinical effect of continuous quality-improving nursing.Meth-ods 180 patients underwent hepatobiliary operation were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 90 patients in each group.And the psychological characteristic was ana-lyzed.At the same time,the effect of continuous quality improving nursing measures of patients in experimental group was observed.Results The SAS and SDS scores of experimental group were both significantly lower than that in the control group(P <0.05).The operation time,blood loss during operation,hospitalization time of experimental group improved significantly than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion The patients with hepatobiliary operation suffering from long term bothering of the disease had a series of unfavorable psychology,and the application of continuous quality improving nursing for them could enhance the curative effect.
