The application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on delivery of puerpera

Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive intrapartum nurs-ing intervention in delivery woman.Methods 100 delivery puerpera were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 patients in each group.The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was adopted comprehensive nursing including Doula de-livery,breathing guidance and massage nursing.Progress of labor,delivery mode,the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time of the first stage and the second stage as well as the total labor time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,so the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).The vaginal delivery rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The rate of cesarean section was lower than that in the control group and the amount of postpartum hemorrhage was less than that in the control group.The result showed that the differ-ence was statistical significant (P <0.05).And the difference was statistical significant since nurs-ing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can promote the birth process,improve vaginal delivery rate and reduce postpartum hemorrhage.
