Effect comparison between transabdominal Doppler ultrasound and transvaginal Doppler ultrasound in early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To compare effect of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound on early diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 98 ectopic pregnancy patients were conducted with transabdominal or transvaginal Doppler ultrasound examination respectively.Imag-ing data,the blood flow distribution,frequency spectrum characteristics and detection accuracy rate were compared .Results Accordance rate of operation diagnosis and pathological detection was 67.3% (66 /98)in patients with transabdominal Doppler ultrasound examination,which was signif-icantly lower than 93.9% (92 /98)in patients with transvaginal Doppler ultrasound examination (P<0.05).Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound was able to clearly show small display accessories bag piece,embryo,yolk sac,fetal heart,pelvic effusion and intrauterine pregnancy sac ultrasound image.Conclusion Compared with abdominal ultrasound,transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound shows a high detection efficacy in the diagnosis of early ectopic pregnancy,and it can be used as the superior choice for diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.
