  • Objective To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on quality of life in breast cancer patients with distant metastasis after operation.Methods 30 patients with breast cancer were randomized into control group and observation group.The control group was given con-ventional nursing and the observation group was conducted psychological intervention.The quality of life and life coefficient before and after operation were compared.Meanwhile,quality of life of breast cancer patients with distant metastasis in the two groups after different intervention was com-pared.Results The differences was statistically significant since scores of PF,BP,RE,VT,MH, SF and the overall score of life coefficient in the observation group were all higher than that in the control group (P <0.05).Conclusion The psychological intervention can improve the quality of life of breast canner patients with distant metastasis,so it is worthy of application in clinic.
