Clinical effect of psychological nursing in the elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in recovery period

Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing in the elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in recovery period Methods 146 elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in recovery periodwere ran-domly divided into observation group and control group with 73 patients in each group.The pa-tients in the control group took felodipine and injected Danhong injection,the patients in the obser-vation group were added psychological nursing on the basis of the control group.After three months of treatment,heart rate and blood pressure in the patients were compared in the two groups,and anxiety and recovery of neurologic function of patients by filling self-rating depression scale were estimated.Result After three months of treatment,the blood pressure of the patients in the ob-servation group was significantly improved than that in the control group and the treatment before, so the difference was statistical significant(P <0.05).The anxiety and the recovery of neurologic function of patients in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group.Conclusion Psychological nursing can obviously improve anxiety of patients and improve the curative effect for elderly patients with hypertension and stroke accompanying by anxiety in re-covery period,so it′s worthy of widely application in clinic.
