Application of laparoscopic operation combined with GnRH-a therapy in treatment of patients with endometriosis

Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic operation combined with go-nadotropin releasing hormone agonist (GnRH - a)on treatment of patients with endometriosis (EM).Methods 100 patients with endometriosis were selected and divided into two group,50 cases in each group.Combined injection of GnRH-a treatment after laparoscopic conservative treat-ment was applied in observation group,while the control group was only treated with laparoscopic conservative treatment.Clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results The ef-fective rate of treatment in observation group was 94%(47 /50),which was significantly higher than 80%(40 /50)in control group(P <0.05).After treatment,the serum sex hormone levels sig-nificantly decreased,and the serum E2,FSH and LH levels in observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05).Incidence rate of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic conservative treat-ment combination with injection of GnRH-a shows a significant efficacy in treatment of EM pa-tients.
