Influence of Diosmin on the Deep Venous Thrombosis and Blood Coagulation during Peri-operative Period in Patients with Fracture

Objective To observe the influence of diosmin on the deep venous thrombosis (DVT)and blood coagulation during peri-operative period in patients with fracture.Methods A total of 60 patients with fracture of lower limbs were randomly divided into control group given rou-tine low molecular dextran and treatment group added with diosmin tablet,30 cases for each.Diam-eter changes of lower limbs,coagulation function value and the ratio of deep venous thrombosis were statistically analyzed.Results In treatment group,the diameter changes of affected limb were evi-dent,prothrombin time (PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT)prolonged markedly,while platelet (PLT)count increased obviously,but the DVT rate was lower than con-trol group.Conclusion Diosmin tablet used in peri-operative period can prevent deep venous thrombosis due to orthopedic surgeries with remarkable clinical efficacy,deserving to be further studied and applied in clinic.
