Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention on promot-ing the recovery of neural function and improving life quality of acute cerebral infarction patients. Methods 90 acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group was received routine nursing and the observation group was given early rehabilitation,psychological nursing,massage and other comprehensive nursing in-tervention.Rehabilitation initiative,self-management ability,rehabilitation and life quality were compared between the two groups.Results Self-management ability score in knowledge of dis-ease and self medication behavior,self-monitoring behavioral symptoms were higher than that of the control group,and rehabilitation initiative score was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).NDF score before discharge in the observation group was less than that in the control group.Life quality in the physical function,role function, social function was higher than that in the control group,complications were less than those in the control group,and the hospitalization time was less than that in the control group,the results re-vealed that the difference was statistical significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention can improve the rehabilitation effect and promote the recovery of neurological function and life qual-ity of acute cerebral infarction patients.
