Abstract
Objective To investigate nursing interventions in reducing lower extremity deep vein thrombosis of patients with cerebrovascular diseases so as to provide guidance for clinical nursing. Methods 60 patients with cerebrovascular diseases were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases in each group. The control group and observation group took different nursing intervention measures.Blood flow peak velocity and average velocity of femoral vein and the incidence rate of deep vein thrombosis of lower limbs on the seventh day of two groups were compared. Results In the control group, the incidence rate of DVT of patients in the observation group was 43.33% and 13.33% in the control group which showed a statistical-ly significant difference compared with the two groups(P <0.05).peak velocity and average speed of blood flow were (43.67±6.67)cm /s,(24.05±6.37)cm /s in the control group and (53.87± 10.78)cm /s,(43.48±7.56)cm /s in the observation group,so the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusion Effective nursing intervention could significantly reduce deep vein thrombosis incidence rate and improve outcomes of patients as well as therapeutic efficacy of patients,so it is worthy of further promotion.
