Influence of the fast rehabilitation surgery concept on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute abdominal disease

Objective To explore the application effect of fast rehabilitation surgery con-cept on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with acute abdominal disease.Methods 100 acute abdomen operation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,the patients were given the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing in the observation group and the patients were given traditional nursing in control group respectively.Postoperative rehabilitation,nursing satisfaction and hospitalization expenses was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in operation time between the two groups (P>0.05).First exhaust time,defecation time,eating time,ambulation time,wound healing time and hospitalization time after operation in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group were less than those in the control group,the decreased body weight was less than that in the control group,hospitalization costs was less than that in the control group,nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group,the results revealed that the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Fast rehabilitation surgery concept can promote the recovery of acute abdomen operation,shorten hospital stay,and reduce postoperative complica-tions and hospitalization expenses.
