Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of integrative nursing of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in the treatment of chronic renal failure patients. Methods 100 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into control group and intervention group.50 patients in the control group underwent routine nursing model and 50 patients in the in-tervention group were given combined nursing model of TCM and western medicine, serum creati-nine (Scr),blood urea nitrogen (BUN)indicators, clinical efficacy and nursing satisfaction were observed and analyzed. Results After treatment,BUN and Scr levels were improved ,the degree of improvement in intervention group was significant more than that in the control group, the dif-ference was statistically significant (P <0.05).The overall effective rate in the control group was 84.0%,the total efficiency rate in the intervention group was 98.0%,intervention group was sig-nificantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Nursing satisfaction in the control group was 82.0 %and 98.0% in the intervention group, which revealed that the difference was significantly better than the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Patients with chronic renal failure can improve the patient’s renal function, inhibit further de-velopment of the disease and enhance the therapeutic effect.
