  • Objective To investigate the impact of health education on the quality of life in ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy.Methods 80 ovarian cancer patients with chemothera-py were divided into control group and observation group.The control group with 40 patients was given routine nursing while the observation group with 40 patients was given health education mea-sures.Results After nursing,SAS,SDS scores in the observation group were (25.7±4.6)and (1 5 .7 ± 5 .7 )respectively ,and were significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05);Rating scores of each dimension of quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Health education measures could improve the quality of life of ovarian cancer patients with chemotherapy,reduce adverse emotions, and promote the prognosis.
