Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of three different therapeutic methods on treatment of non small cell lung cancer patients with metastatic encephaloma. Methods 60 non small cell lung cancer patients with metastatic encephaloma were randomly divided into three groups.Group A was treated with gamma knife radiotherapy combined with temozolomide inter-vention,group B was treated with gamma knife intervention, and group C was treated with gam-ma knife combined with whole brain radiotherapy.Clinical effects were compared among three groups. Results The effective rate and local control rate in group A were significantly better than group B and group C.There were no significant differences of median survival time and survival rate among three groups. Conclusion Gamma knife radiosurgery combined with temozolomide can effectively control the tumor progression,so it is worthy of clinical popularization.
