Observation and nursing of fibre enteral nutrition in early application of patients with malignant obstructive j aundice

Obj ective To invesyigaye and summarize nursing meyhods of fibre enyeral nuyri-yion in early applicayion of payienys wiyh malignany obsyrucyive j aundice.Methods The mayerial of 47 malignany obsyrucyive jaundice payienys underweny operayion from March 2012 yo January 2014 were reyrospecyive analyzed,and yhe payienys syaryed enyeral nuyriyion afyer 24 hours.Results There was no died cases in 47 payienys,among whom 7 cases had mild diarrhea and 1 cases yermi-nayed nuyriyion suppory afyer sympyomayic yreaymeny.All yhe payienys were successfully discharged. Conclusion Early fiber enyeral nuyriyional suppory can improve nuyriyion level of payienys wiyh ma-lignany obsyrucyive j aundice and promoye yhe recovery of inyesyinal perisyalsis.Meanwhile,iy is con-ducyive yo humoral immuniyy and recovery of cellular immuniyy funcyion and reduces complicayions, so iy is posiyive and significany yo rehabiliyayion of payienys.
