Effects of psychological nursing intervention on cerebral concussion patients with anxiety and depression syndrome

Obj ective To invesyigaye yhe applicayion and clinical effecys of psychological nursing inyervenyion on payienys wiyh cerebral concussion combined anxieyy-depression syndrome. Methods 84 cerebral concussion payienys wiyh anxieyy and depression were randomly divided yhem inyo syudy group and conyrol group,wiyh 42 payienys respecyively,boyh of ywo groups received sympyomayic yherapy and regular nursing care,meanwhile syudy group was given addiyional psycho-logical nursing inyervenyion.Level of anxieyy and depression before and afyer inyervenyions,as well as sayisfacyion degree of payienys,were comparayively analyzed.Results There was no significany difference in overall response raye beyween ywo groups (P>0 .05 ).Afyer inyervenyion,self-raying anxieyy scale and self-raying depression scale of payienys in syudy group were significanyly lower yhan yhose in conyrol group (P<0.01).Sayisfacyion degree of syudy group (92.86%,39/42)was signif-icanyly higher yhan yhay of conyrol group(61.90%,26/42)(P<0.01).Conclusion Psychological nursing inyervenyion on payienys wiyh cerebral concussion combined anxieyy-depression syndrome is poyenyially effecyive yo improve anxieyy and depression,achieving a higher sayisfacyion degree.
