ABSTRACT:Objective To investigate the clinical psychological characteristics of patients with hypertension and to explore emotional state and quality of life improvement under comprehen-sive nursing intervention.Methods 120 hypertensive patients were selected as the observation group and another 120 hypertensive patients at the same time were selected as the control group. The patients were given psychological characteristics observation and different clinical nursing in-tervention respectively.The observation group was given comprehensive nursing measures while the control group only got the conventional nursing measures.The mental status and quality of life scores after the intervention of the patients were observed and statistical comparison and analysis were conducted.Results The blood pressure levels before nursing intervention and psychological symptom scores of two groups was not significant difference(P >0.05).After nursing interven-tion,blood pressure levels in the observation group,psychological symptom scores and quality of life scores were significantly better than that of the control group (P >0.05).Conclusion Hyper-tension often accompanies by adverse psychology and deterioration of diseases,and comprehensive nursing intervention can significantly induce the negative emotions and increase blood pressure con-trol.
