Correlation between platelet activation indexes, lipid metabolism indexes and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy

Objective To analyze the correlation between platelet activation indexes,lipid metabolism indexes and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP).Methods A total of 273 cases with HDCP were divided into mild preeclampsia group (n =167) and severe preeclampsia group (n =110) according to the severity of the disease,and 100 healthy pregnant women were selected as control group.The blood platelet parameters and lipid metabolism parameters were detected by automatic blood cell analyzer,and platelet activation parameters were detected by ELISA.Resuits There were significant differences in platelet parameters (PLT,MPV,P-LCR and PDW),platelet activation indexes (PF4,β-TG,P-S) and lipid metabolism indicators (CHOL,TRIG,APOB,APOA,LDL-C) among three groups (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion In the pregnant women with HDCP,the level of blood lipid metabolism indexes and platelet activation are abnormal.
