Abstract
Objective To discuss and analyze the application of routine nursing combined with risk management in improving the quality of nursing of patients with acute viral encephalitis. Methods A total of 140 acute viral encephalitis cases treated in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method, with 70 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with routine nursing combined with risk management. Results There was no significant difference in cognition rates of suicide and pressure sores (P > 0.05).The awareness rates of infusion extravasation and accidents of the patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The difference in incidences of suicide and pressure sores of the two groups was not statistical significant (P > 0.05).The rates of infusion extravasation and accidents of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly higher, dispute complaints rate was lower, and overall satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion Conventional nursing combined with risk management can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in patients with acute viral encephalitis, improve the care quality and the patients'satisfaction.
