  • Objective To study perioperative nursing of maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism.Methods A total of 32 secondary hyperparathyroidism patients with maintenance hemodialysis in our hospital were selected as research subjects,and psychological care and diet care before surgery were prepared,and close observation of patient's diseases condition after surgery to prevent complications.Results All the 32 patients were positively cooperated with surgery,and symptoms were significantly improved.Conclusion Perioperative nursing for maintenance hemodialysis patients with secondary hyperparathyroidism can effectively reduce complications,improve quality of life of patients and relieve the suffering of patients.
