Complications of biliary pancreatitis after surgery and its nursing countermeasures

Objective To investigate influencing factors related to complications of biliary pancreatitis,and its preventive measures.Methods Clinical data of 226 biliary pancreatitis cases after surgery in our hospital was collected and relevant factors affecting complications after operation.Results The logistic regression analysis revealed that age ≥60 years,complications,surgical time ＜ 2 months,abdominal surgery,no strict sterilization,no strengthened health education,no close observation of vital signs and no preventive measures were independent factors affecting complications.Conclusion Positive care measures can reduce the incidence of postoperative biliary complications,and improve patients'prognosis.
