Abstract
Objective To study effect of perioperative nursing on psychology and clinical curative efficacy in patients with orthopedic surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients with bone surgery were divided into control group and observation group according to random numbers method,with 60 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional perioperative nursing intervention,while observation group was treated by comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention.Psychological state,pain,psychological state and eysenck personality questionnaire results using Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) were observed,Gong's method was used for data analysis.Results The observation group had lower anxiety state after treatment than the control group (P < 0.05).The observation group had better emotion control,mood fluctuations and anger than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Perioperative comprehensive nursing model in orthopedic surgery patients has obvious effect,and it can significantly reduce bad emotions,and relieve pain.So it is favorable in treatment and prognosis,and is worth popularization in clinic.
