Abstract
Objective To explore impact of nursing intervention on prevention of deep venous thrombosis of lower limes of fracture patients after operation.Methods A total of 100 fracture patients in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to nursing time,with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with general care while the observation group was given systematic care measures.Deep venous thrombosis and leg swelling,the incidence of thrombosis after 2 weeks of nursing were compared.Results The incidences of deep venous thrombosis and leg swelling,the incidence of thrombosis in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion Systematic care measures can effectively reduce the incidence of fractures in patients with postoperative deep vein thrombosis.
